Terms of use

A summary of how the platform may be used.

This page orients you before onboarding. The signed Terms of Service issued at that stage, reviewed by qualified legal counsel, governs the relationship and takes precedence over this summary.

Summary
  • Use of the platform is limited to the tenant, client entities and users a subscription plan covers — access doesn't extend beyond what's licensed.
  • Each tenant's data belongs to that tenant. iCollectPRO does not sell tenant data or use it to train models without that tenant's separate written consent.
  • Subscription, usage and add-on fees follow the plan and billing terms agreed at onboarding, billed centrally by the platform rather than embedded in collections logic.
  • Access can be suspended for non-payment, breach of acceptable-use terms, or a security risk to other tenants; tenants are notified before suspension wherever practical.
  • Tenant lifecycle states (Prospect, Onboarding, Trial, Active, Suspended, Past Due, Cancelled, Archived) govern what a tenant can access at each stage.
  • This is a summary for orientation only. It is not legal advice, and a full, signed Terms of Service agreement issued at onboarding governs the relationship.
